			Your responsibilities will include;
- Work with Tunza Sports ‘Health and Wellness’ Team
 - Monitor youth behavior and ensure environment is conducive to learning and playing
 - Serve as a co-parent
 - Provide feedback and opportunities for growth
 - Schedule and coordinate therapeutic program for teenage girls
 - Guide group activities that enhances the youth’s confidence and self-esteem
 - Facilitate and ensure each youth’s therapeutic and educational progress
 - Deliver evidence-based practices per training
 - Assist in the development of goals for each individual player
 - Hold the players accountable to goals set, teach strategies to achieve goals
 - Recognize and reward accomplishments
 - Submit written evaluations and reports of player progress clearly and on time
 - Supervise and interact with players, assist them in resolving emotional problems
 - Ensure physical and emotional needs are met
 - Interview families and friends of the youth under our care
 - Work with parents for the purpose of monitoring and reporting behavioral change
 - Create overall non-school day activities and confirm supplies are purchased
 - Build connections with students and their families based on honesty and trust
 - Assist students in building skills for social, emotional, and physical health
 - Communication with coaches about players’ emotional and behavioral patterns
 - Participate in developing and implementing highly effective home visitation strategies
 - Use an interdisciplinary approach to supporting home visitors in improving family outcomes
 - Coach parents to use problem-solving strategies toward self-sufficiency
 - Work with coaches to provide best techniques in handling emotionally fragile players
 - Align family engagement activities within community framework
 - Support parents’ involvement as the primary teachers of their children.
 - Ensure for systematic and integrated comprehensive program services in order that children are ready to take on the athlete role
 - Ensure efficient program operations and compliance with child rights
 - Focus on treatment goals that include:
- Improved Social Skills;
 - De-escalation Techniques;
 - Family/Relationship Improvements;
 - Positive Coping Skills;
 - Independent Living Skills;
 - Conflict Resolution;
 
 - Setup behavior coaching that focuses on Aggressive Behaviors and Identifies Triggers
 - Mentor teens on Educational Goals, Career Advice, Health, Self-Care
 - Implement respite to help with Independent Living Skills and Positive Peer Interaction
 
Requirements
- College degree in Human Services focusing on Social Work / Psychology/Recreation
 - Documented experience working with youth for 6 months
 - One-year experience in a related field (experience with adolescents preferred)
 - Fluent in English
 - Verbal skills to relate effectively with youth on an adult level, without patronizing
 - Group counseling skills including conflict resolution will be developed
 - Ability to distinguish between cause and effect/opinion and fact
 - Proficiency in group work demonstrated during probationary period
 - Ability to provide objective written documentation
 - Specialization in mental health, childhood depression, domestic or substance abuse
 - Experience in Outdoor Living Skills
 - Handle with Care Behavior Management System
 - Discreet judgment and confidentiality are expected at this level of responsibility.
 - Certificate of Good Conduct (Police)
 - Must have knowledge and experience of:
- Aggressive Behaviors
 - Common Behavioral Diagnosis
 - Challenging Home Environments
 - Substance/Alcohol Abuse.
