Multi-Sports Resident Coach

			Your responsibilities will include;
- Live on-site and actively participate in team life.
 - Lead and inspire youth athletes (ages 6–18) across multiple sports, including field hockey, soccer, and athletics.
 - Design and execute daily training sessions, skill clinics, and competitive tournaments.
 - Build a winning team culture rooted in discipline, teamwork, and respect.
 - Introduce fitness fundamentals and athletic conditioning to develop well-rounded players.
 - Champion player growth on and off the field through life skills and character development.
 - Track player stats and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
 - Ensure safe play by inspecting and maintaining sports facilities and equipment.
 - Manage game-day operations, team uniforms, and equipment inventory.
 - Engage in off-field responsibilities: player welfare, community outreach, and facility upkeep.
 - Communicate proactively with parents and players to address concerns and foster support.
 - Stay sharp by attending coaching workshops, seminars, and professional development sessions.
 
Requirements
- College graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred; Sports Science or a related field is a plus).
 - Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in at least two sports disciplines.
 - Certified in First Aid & Safeguarding minors (or willing to obtain).
 - Able to pass a background check.
 - Basic knowledge of human anatomy and physiology relevant to sports performance and injury prevention.
 - Experience working with youth athletes and diverse teams.
 - Strong knowledge of sports rules and techniques (especially in field hockey).
 - Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
 - Well-honed communication and mentoring skills.
 - Ready to integrate into and contribute to the local community.
 - Culturally aware and inclusive in diverse environments.
 - Team player who collaborates well with staff and leadership.
 - Open to continuous learning (workshops, seminars, mentorship).
 - Proactive in communicating player progress and needs to the Coaching Director.
