Your responsibilities will include;
- Work with Tunza Sports ‘Internal Management’ Team
- Create and maintain a digital record of players profiles
- Watch Tunza interview videos and record findings
- Create and maintain a record of family’s history of players
- Take stock and record all donations received
- Assist accounts in recording disbursed funds
- Review the maintenance record system for accuracy and completeness
- Report inconsistency in submitted reports and ensure that corrective action is performed
- Create log-book certificates
- Create a filing system for scanned receipts
- Assist Event Coordinator in maintaining volunteers record logs, and donations
- Track donations and process distribution list as needed
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounts /Administration
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills and note taking skills
- Administrative skills
- High influential skills, especially when requiring colleagues to hand over records
- Accountability and ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Good in data collection
